Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team.
In this role, you'll help design, build, and implement AI Agents that automate and augment tier 2 Security Operations analysts. You'll work on cutting-edge solutions that integrate AI technologies into our security investigation platform, creating systems that can autonomously discover, collaborate on, and execute complex security tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy LLM pipelines and AI Agents that can function autonomously
- Continuously push the boundaries of what's possible, rapidly integrating cutting-edge AI models and new reasoning capabilities
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance our AI capabilities with domain-specific knowledge
- Research and implement various storage and retrieval mechanisms for AI Agents
- Design and maintain database systems for agent memory and knowledge persistence
- Create integrations with various security tools and data sources
- Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with security experts to encode domain knowledge
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team's technical growth
- Stay current with advances in AI, LLMs, and agent technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience
- Strong understanding of AI Agents, different architectural approaches and their implementation
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and
- Proficiency in database design and management for AI applications
- Knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement emerging AI tools that accelerate software development, enhance research capabilities, and improve team communication
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and security operations workflows
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- System design and architecture knowledge
- Understanding of security data formats and security tools
- Background in cybersecurity or security operations
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- SML training and fine-tuning for discrete tasks
- Experience with graph and vector databases for AI applications
- Previous work with large language models and their fine-tuning
